The needs in our city are greater than expected.
Our Goal
King’s Kitchen depends on the generous support from our Friends of the King program to meet the challenges of preparing and distributing thousands of meals each year.
The restaurant provides one to two meals a week to those participating in classes as well as feedings at other nonprofit partner organizations throughout the Charlotte.
Our goal is to serve an average of over 3000 free meals a month through our work with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center. Each year the needs in Charlotte are greater than we expected and the profits from the restaurant alone cannot feed all that come to our doors.
Monthly Support
Please consider making an online donation. Whether a one-time gift or monthly pledge – no gift is too small to help us meet our mission. The faithfulness of our monthly supporters set us free to focus on the mission, not on fundraising.

$25 feeds one person for a week;
$125 nourishes someone for a month;
$1,500 sustains a person for a year.
